Jim Case CEO

Mr. Case began his career in finance with Citibank. In 1984 he founded Benndorf Verster Leasing, a captive
office equipment leasing company, and went on to found the Travelers Financial Group in 1986. Jim was responsible
for all operational aspects of the Travelers companies, guiding strategic and tactical initiatives for the
Travelers group of companies: Travelers Acceptance Corporation (Consumer Finance), Travelers Financial Corporation
and Travelers Leasing Corporation. He also led the Corporate Finance group, providing structured finance expertise
in the areas of project finance, senior term lending and ABL lines of credit. Mr. Case was CEO for Travelers Leasing
Corporation (Automotive Finance), now Scotia Dealer Advantage, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Bank of Nova Scotia.
Mr. Case is former Board Member of the CFLA and is an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2006 Pacific award recipient.

Gary Thompson Partner
Mr. Thompson (B.Comm., Finance) has over 30 years experience assessing credit and portfolio risk in a variety of
finance industry sectors including equipment leasing, commercial lending, venture capital and project financing.
His past senior positions include Director of the B.C. Export Investment Fund, Vice-President of AT&T Capital Canada
Inc., and Vice-President of First City Equipment Finance Group. Gary became a partner in Travelers in 1997, and was
responsible for bank lines, securitization facilities, Alliance programs, credit policy, and portfolio quality for
each of the operating companies within the Travelers Group.

Mark Bohn Managing Partner
Mark is a Managing Partner at Travelers Capital Corporation responsible for
leading the origination and execution of project financing opportunities in
the renewable energy sector in Canada. Mark brings over twenty years of structured
and project finance experience in the renewable energy and natural resources
industries. He started his career with Citibank in Toronto and has held positions
of increasing responsibility with UBS, ABN AMRO, BMO and most recently GE Energy
Financial Services where he was responsible for origination of both debt and
equity opportunities in the renewable energy sector. He played an active role
in the origination and execution of a $650 million run-of-river hydroelectric
project in B.C. He has also been involved with the Independent Power Producers
Association of British Columbia both as an advisor and as a director since 2006.
Mark holds an MBA and BSc. (Physics) degree from the University of British Columbia.
